The YCC newsletter is one avenue that the Younger Chemists Committee communicates with younger chemists across the country. Current and past newsletter articles have covered topics ranging from Job and Career Benefits to the Chemistry of Wine.

- 2/09 - Five $1,150 ACS/CCG Excellence Student Travel Award Stipends Available for the Fall 2009 Washington DC ACS National Meeting. Deadline for application is March 9th, 2009!
- 12/08 - Join our American Chemical Society Younger Chemists Committee Linkedin Group.
- 12/08 - PHYS will be hosting a postdoc symposium at the Washington DC meeting.
- 11/08 - Apply for a 2009-2010 ACS Public Policy Fellowship. Applications due December 31, 2008.
- 11/08 - Get ready for the next Academic Employment Initiative (AEI)! Candidates wishing to participate should plan to submit an abstract for the fall national meeting.
- 11/08 - The Women Chemists Committee is sponsoring a poster symposium on Monday, March 23, 2009 called Utilizing the X-Factor: Empowering the Next Generation of Women Chemist and extending an invitation to those who are interested in being a part of this poster symposium to submit their abstract via OASYS.
