Lore Ramillano
Lore Ramillano received her B.A. in chemistry from the University of California in Santa Barbara. After graduation, she worked as a researcher for a medical diagnostics company for about a year and then worked at a cosmetics company as a quality control chemist. She later attended law school and graduated with a J.D. from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California. During law school, to continue her interest and advance her knowledge in the chemical field, she applied for a position as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Now as a Patent Examiner, she reviews patent applications in the chemical field involving nanotechnology, optics, semiconductors and biomedical devices.
