YCC ChemLuminary Awards
Every year ChemLuminary Awards are given by the ACS to honor its members' volunteer activities and accomplishments. Awards are presented at a gala event held during the fall ACS National Meeting. The Younger Chemists Committee has the honor of conferring four ChemLuminary Awards. These awards are given in recognition of local sections, committees and division who have achieved excellence in their promotion of younger chemists or in programs benefiting them.
Past YCC ChemLuminary Awards have been given for innovative programming, social activities, and leadership opportunities.
