Welcome Welcome to the St. Joseph Valley Local Section Home
Page. We are a local chapter of the American Chemical Society serving
the North Central Indiana and Southwestern Michigan (including South
Bend and Elkhart, IN and Niles, Benton Harbor and St. Joseph, MI). The
counties included in our Local section are LaPorte, St Joseph, Elkhart,
Starke and Marshall Counties in Indiana and Berrien, Cass and St Joseph
Counties in Michigan. This group promotes public awareness of chemistry
by being involved in outreach programs in our community and works with
students to encourage an interest in the chemical sciences.
