RESERVATIONS should be made by calling Mrs. Libby Harper at the section office, (215) 382-1589, by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 12. Cancellations, if necessary, cannot be accepted after NOON on Tuesday, February 17. UNCANCELLED RESERVATIONS WILL BE BILLED.
