LOCAL SECTION YOUNGER CHEMIST COMMITTEE (LSYCC)

The ACS Orlando Section is starting a Local Section Younger Chemists Committee (LSYCC). The LSYCC program encourages young chemical/engineering professionals to network at the grassroots level and engages them in active roles within the ACS.  The LSYCC membership is at no additional cost to ACS members and is directed towards early career professional chemists (< 35 years old) and also benefits post-docs. The ACS Orlando Section has a rich resource of young professionals working in chemical production, aerospace, education, forensics, and academia. Opportunities include career placement/advancement seminars, social networking, and community outreach. The success of a local YCC exclusively depends on your involvement.
