Welcome to the Orange County Local Section Home Page. We are located in Southern California and are one of the 189 Local Sections of the American Chemical Society, the largest scientific society in the world.

We encourage you to become in involved in our Section activities.  We have monthly dinner meetings at which you can listen to a professional talk, or you can participate in the National Chemistry Week outreach program, High School Olympiads, and awards ceremonies.  We are always looking for individuals who embrace the world of Chemistry around us.
