Welcome

It is October and NERM 09 is only a few short days away. We are excited about our program and eagerly await the arrival of over 450 chemists who will participate in the meeting. Although the deadline for advanced registration has gone, you can still register on-line until October 5 and may also register on-site at the Hartford Hilton Hotel, third floor. Our programming begins on Wednesday afternoon and goes through Saturday afternoon at the Hilton Hotel. All the meeting rooms are located on the third floor. Additionally the CT Science Center will be our venue for our Opening Reception on Wednesday evening and our day-long program for pre-college teachers on Saturday. Welcome to Hartford!!
 
Travel Advisory for Saturday, October 10th: Many streets in Hartford will be closed because of the Hartford Marathon. Please plan your commute accordingly. Click here for street closures and downtown access map.

Parking:
There are two main options other than street parking. Self parking at the Hilton hotel garage is $18 all day with validation. At the CT Science Center (where the high school program is held), it is $19 all day.
