Rooms have been blocked at the Intercontinental Hotel (location of the 2007 MWRM) and at the Sheraton Suites at a single rate of $139.00 + 14.85% tax per night.

Reservations can still be made at the Intercontinental using the their website until 12 M CDT Sunday, October 21st. As of Monday morning, MWRM2007 attendees must call Pam Henuber, Group Reservations Coordinator, 816-303-2934, or email her at phenuber@kansascityic.com. If she is not in, leave her a detailed message with your reservation needs. The hotel will continue to honor reservations at the ACS negotiated rate dependent on availability. Remember, parking is complimentary at the Intercontinental (their website incorrectly lists an $11 charge).
Reservations at the Sheraton Suites are still available at the MWRM 2007
group rate until 12 M Friday, October 19.
Any rooms booked after the cut off are subject to a higher rate.
