Poster boards are 4 feet tall and 8 feet wide.
Poster numbers and push pins will be provided.
Posters should be put up 20 to 30 minutes before the start of your poster
session. You should be present for most of the time scheduled for your session.
Because most poster sessions will be followed by another poster session
only 30 minutes or 1 hour later, posters should be removed at the end of
your poster session. If you have not taken your poster down within this time period, event organizers will remove it and cannot guarantee its return.
