you don’t know where you are going, you’ll probably end up
someplace else.” Most Local Sections will elect their 2004 officers in November and suddenly ACS will have a new set of Chairs-in-waiting. Hopefully most of these newly minted Chairs-elect will attend the Leadership Conference in New Orleans next February.
