Who We Are

The Kentucky Lake Section of the American Chemical Society (KLS-ACS) comprises the following counties from Southern Illinois, Western Kentucky, and Northwestern Tennessee:

Massac, McCracken, Ballard, Carlisle, Hickman, Fulton, Obion, Lake, Dyer, Gibson, Crockett, Madison, Henderson, Carroll, Henry, Weakley,
Graves, Marshall, Stewart, Caldwell, Lyon and Calloway.

Science Cafe

The first Science Cafe presented by the ACS in Tennessee was held at Joe and Deana's Bypass cafe in Dyer, Tennessee: "Alternative fuels: Biodiesel, Corn Ethanol, or Something else?"

January Meeting

Our January meeting will be a joint meeting with the Society of Safety Engineers on Saturday January 19 in Paducah, Kentucky
