ANNOUNCEMENT FOR GLRM 2003 EXHIBITORS
The Exposition for the ACS 35th Annual Great Lakes Regional Meeting will be held on Saturday and Sunday, May 31 and June 1, 2003 in Chicago, Illinois at Loyola University Chicago's Lake Shore Campus. The exhibition will be located in the Rambler Room and in the adjacent lobby of the Loyola Centennial Forum Student Center. It will be viewed from 8:00 A.M. to closing each of these days. The Rambler Room will have simultaneous exhibitions of submitted technical posters and receptions each evening. The physical arrangement of the exhibition area maximizes the opportunity for attendees to interact with exhibitors and the coffee break area is chosen to enhance the movement of attendees through the exhibit area. The accompanying layout of the meeting venue shows the arrangement of the exhibition tables and other adjacent activities.
The hours for the exhibition setup are: Friday noon to 5 PM.
The exhibition will be open Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM until the poster sessions and receptions end for the evening.
Further information about presenting an exhibit at GLRM, including pricing, rules and regulations, and contract details, can be found on this website. In addition to exhibition space, commercial vendors will receive two complimentary registrations for GLRM 2003, and they will also be given the option to have a link to their company website on the Exhibition page of the GLRM 2003 website. Great Lakes Regional American Chemical Society meetings traditionally attract 700-1000 attendees from industry, government, and academia. In addition to exhibiting, there are other opportunities for visibility at GLRM 2003. Sponsorship of refreshments for coffee breaks and receptions will be acknowledged with special recognition in the program book, on the GLRM 2003 website, and at the site of the event.

Exhibitors materials can be stored in Bremner Lounge over Friday evening before the exposition opening on Saturday. Materials may be picked up on Monday before 5 PM at the same address.
