National Chemistry Week Celebrated! To help celebrate National
Chemistry Week, Dr. Ellen Anderson distributed on behalf of ACS/CVS about
1500 copies of ChemMatters and 450 copies of Celebrating Chemistry
to college professors and high school, middle school, and elementary school
teachers in area schools, as well as to members of our local section. Dr. Anderson has about 100
copies of ChemMatters and more than 500 copies of Celebrating
Chemistry left over from the NCW celebration. Anyone interested in receiving some copies (or all) of
these publications should email her at profeanderson@yahoo.com. Next year (2003), the National
Chemistry Week dates are October 19-25. |
