	Obituary Donald Gene Dobay, 78, of Bloomfield, died Nov. 29, 2002. Born in Cleveland, OH, Don received a BS from Oberlin College and MS and PhD from the University of Michigan. He was a self-employed environmental engineer-consultant and ACS/CVS member.
