Every year the American Chemical Society puts on a National Chemistry Week to promote the Science and profession of chemistry and to help people appreciate the contribution that Chemistry makes to their lives.

This year's theme is:

“Having a Ball with Chemistry”

and will be celebrated

October 19-25, 2008
