National Chemistry Week at Holy Cross

On October 20, 2006 the Holy Cross hosted an astounding National Chemistry Week event. Hundreds of Worcester-area school children explored chemistry with hands-on demonstrations staffed by dozens of college student volunteers from Holy Cross, Clark University, and Westfield State College. Following the hands-on discovery period everyone was treated to a fantastic show presented by Professor Bassam Z. Shakhashiri.
