# OF SLEEPING ROOMS: 80 peak at flat rate single/double. Same rate for single or double. Rate should apply 3 days pre and 3 days post and rooms booked during this time should accrue to pick-up; pick-up should be calculated on a cumulative basis.
# OF SUITES: 1 complimentary suite for VIP; one free room for every 50 nights.

This is a request for proposal for a regional meeting of the American Chemical Society (ACS). The ACS is a scientific organization representing 163,000 chemists and chemical engineers. Its national office is in Washington DC. This meeting will be hosted by the ACS Peoria Local Section. The contract will be between the facility and the Peoria Local Section.

The national office is available to help in these contract negotiations. Attached is a preliminary function agenda with the meeting space requirements.
