IN CELEBRATION OF THE DIVISION OF POLYMERIC MATERIALS: SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING’S 75TH ANNIVERSARY

The Third Edition of Our Famous 50th Anniversary Book

APPLIED POLYMER SCIENCE – 21st CENTURY

This book is the work product of many leaders in the polymer field, edited by Clara Craver and Charles Carraher, prepared especially for the Division’s 75th anniversary. It is expected to be "the first place to look" for information on the topics it covers. It is expected to be in the 1100-1300 page size and will be available as soon after the New Orleans meeting as feasible. As with the two previous books titled, Applied Polymer Science, each chapter provides early developments and acknowledgements, theory, state of the science of the field and industrial applications with extensive tables as needed to describe multiple products or charactierstics as suitable to the subject. Bibliographies are planned to emphasize major developments and expertly selected reviews. The sections in progress are summarized below:

u
