Welcome to the The Separation Science & Technology Subdivision of The American Chemical Society's Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Division

Mission Statement

The mission of the Separation Science & Technology Subdivision of the Industrial &Engineering Chemistry Division of the American Chemical Society is to promote the science and technology of separations by serving as a focal point for communication between scientists and engineers, both those engaged in day-to-day separations problems and those searching for new methods and materials for the separations of tomorrow. Our primary focus is on the development of a diverse portfolio of symposia dedicated to topical issues in separations, typically, but not exclusively, associated with national and regional American Chemical Society meetings.
